A delicately flavoured Couscous infused with exotic North African spices and mixed with Sultana raisins and pine nuts.
These tiny grains of crushed durum wheat are pre-steamed and then dried. To prepare the couscous, it is hydrated with boiling water and fluffed up with a fork and can be served as a couscous salad or traditionally as part of a tagine. It’s ready in a fraction of the time it takes to make rice!
Al’FezTM Moroccan Spiced Couscous is quick and easy to make and can be enjoyed in many ways. Try adding melted butter, nut oils or olive oil – they are easily absorbed, and each adds a different character to your couscous dish!
