
Harissa Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 2 large slices of Sourdough (or rustic-style) Bread
- 1 medium Avocado
- 2 medium Mushrooms, cut into thin pieces
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Al'Fez Harissa Paste
- A sprinkle of Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp of Fresh Thyme Leaves
Recipe calls for
Instructions
- Toast or grill the Bread
- While the Bread is under the grill, cook the Mushrooms in a hot pan with the Oil - for about 3-4 minutes until golden
- Spread 1 tbsp of Al'Fez Harissa Paste on the Bread and top with sliced Avocado pieces.
- Top with the cooked Mushrooms, rest of the Harissa and sprinkle with the Sesame Seeds and the fresh Thyme
