Houmous with Pita Chips

- 3 Pita Breads
- 5 tbsp Olive Oil
- Al’Fez Homemade Houmous
- Heat oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice each pita in half so it separates into two thin pieces of bread, then cut into strips or wedges. Drizzle oil onto the strips.
- Cook in the oven for 10 mins until crisp, then leave to cool.
- Use Homemade Houmous as a dip.
