Ingredients
- 1 box Al'Fez Moroccan Flatbread Kit
- 2 Tbsp of Al'Fez Natural Tahini Dressing
- 4 Tbsp of Natural Greek Yogurt
- 4 small Radishes, thinly sliced
- 6 pickled Chillies, roughly chopped
- Rocket leaves or Baby Leaf Salad
- 8 Cherry or Baby Plum Tomatoes, quartered
- 1 can of Chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp of Al'Fez Harissa
- 1 Tbsp of finely chopped Parsley
- Olive Oil for drizzling
Recipe calls for
Instructions
- Make 4 large Flatbreads according to the on-pack instructions
- Make the Al'Fez Natural Tahini Dressing.
- Drain the Chickpeas and toss them in the Al'Fez Harissa Paste to coat evenly (optional: roast in an oven preheated to 200 C for 20 minutes for crispy Chickpeas)
- Spread 1 Tbsp of Yogurt on each Flatbread and top with Chickpeas, Radishes, Tomatoes, Onion, pickled Chillies and Rocket
- Garnish with Parsley, drizzle with Tahini Dressing and Oil (optional: sprinkle a pinch of dried Sumac to add a tangy lemon flavour)
