Ingredients
- 1 box of Al'Fez Lebanese Style Falafel Mix
- 1 bag of mixed Salad Leaves (approx. 200g)
- 2 large Red Chillies, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 4 large Tomatoes, quartered
- 4 Tbsp of Tahini Salad Dressing
- 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 100g of cooked Edamame Beans
- 50g of Sunflower Seeds or Mixed Seeds
Recipe calls for
Instructions
- Fry the Falafel according to on-pack instructions (can also be baked)
- In a large bowl mix Salad Leaves, Chillies, Edamame, Sunflower Seeds, Tomatoes and Onion
- Toss gently to combine
- Divide into two bowls, top with cooked Falafel and drizzle with Tahini Dressing (optional: sprinkle a pinch of dried Sumac to add a tangy lemon flavour).
