Ingredients
- Pita Chips:
- 8 Pita breads
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Avocado Hummus:
- 1 can Chickpeas
- 75 ml Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 Avocado (peeled and diced)
- 3 Tbsp Al'Fez Natural Tahini
- 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Mint
- 4 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
- Labneh and Tahini Dip:
- 500g Full Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Al'Fez Natural Tahini
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Chives
- Salt to taste
- Harissa Spiced Tomato Salsa:
- 1 Large Tomato, diced with seeds and juice
- 1/2 Red onion, diced
- 6 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Al'Fez Harissa Paste
- 3 Tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Fresh mint, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions
Pita Chips:
- Brush the pita breads lightly with olive oil and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Cut the oiled pita breads into triangles and then slice them from middle to make 2 pieces from 1 triangle.
- Sprinkle with some salt and cook in a pre-heated oven @ 180 for 20 – 25 minutes, until the pita pieces are crisp and golden brown in colour.
- Serve with Al'Fez inspired dips.
Avocado Hummus:
- Wash and drain the chickpeas with warm water.
- Add the washed chickpeas, and all the other ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth, paste consistency.
- Check the seasoning and pour the hummus in a serving dish. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top to prevent formation of a crust on the top.
Labneh and Tahini Dip:
- Pour 500g of full fat Greek yogurt in a fine sieve and place it on a tub to collect all the liquid whey. Leave the sieve with yogurt on the tub for at least an hour (for best results over night in the fridge. (Alternatively, you could buy Labneh from a supermarket if available.)
- In a mixing bowl add hung yogurt / Labneh and all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Serve as a dip with pita chips or with kebabs.
Harissa Spiced Tomato Salsa:
- Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well to make a salsa consistency dip.
- Check the seasoning.
- Chill in the fridge before serving.
