Chicken Shish Kababs on a flat Bread with Garlic and Lemon Mayo

RECIPE CALLS FOR

SHISH TAOUK MARINADE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ lb. chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 jar Al’FezTM Shish Taouk Marinade
  • 5 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 flat breads
  • 1 bag (approx. 340 g) salad greens
  • Olives
  • Pickled chilies

Fresh Garlic and Lemon Mayo

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add chicken, Al’FezTM Shish Taouk Marinade, Greek yogurt, and salt to taste. Mix well and refrigerate at least 20 min to overnight.
  2. Soak 8 wooden skewers in water to avoid burning while cooking process.
  3. Divide the marinated chicken equally among the skewers.
  4. Cook in preheated oven at 375°F for 15 min or until cooked.

Fresh Garlic and Lemon Mayo

  1. In a bowl, add mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add fresh coriander and mix well.

Assembly

  1. On each flat bread, add some salad greens, add 2 chicken skewers, some olives, and pickled chilies. Drizzle with Fresh Garlic and Lemon Mayo. Serve hot.
