INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Use as a dipping sauce or drizzle on kebabs before serving.
