A traditional Middle Eastern dish! Slowly baked Shawarma Chicken thighs, with a warm heat coming from cinnamon, allspice and a hint of chili.

SHAWARMA MARINADE

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 chicken thighs (on the bone)
  • 1 jar Al’FezTM Shawarma Marinade
  • Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make 2-3 incisions in each chicken thigh.
  2. Pour Al’FezTM Shawarma Marinade on chicken. Salt to taste.
  3. Mix well and keep in fridge for at least 20-30 min.
  4. Cook in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Also great on the BBQ!
