In a bowl, mix sliced beef (or chicken), peppers, and onions with a jar of Al’FezTM Shawarma Marinade. Refrigerate for 15-20 min.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil and cook the marinated beef (or chicken) and vegetables on high. Add salt to taste.
Heat one tortilla, add some salad greens, some of the beef (or chicken) and vegetable mix, some harissa mayo, and fold into a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Serve with a side of Harissa Mayo and pickled chilies.
In a bowl, add Al’FezTM Harissa Paste and mayonnaise. Mix well.
