INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (14 oz.) can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ yellow pepper, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 5 tsp Al’FezTM Harissa Paste
  • 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes, diced
  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the chickpeas for 10 min.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil and add garlic, peppers, and onions. Cook on medium heat for 10 min.
  3. In a bowl, mix Al’FezTM Harissa Paste, sundried tomatoes, cooked vegetables, and chickpeas.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve as a side salad.
